Michele and Jon Bauer are the proud franchise owners of Starz Program in Atlanta, united by a shared passion for children's fitness and a deep commitment to youth development. Originally from Nebraska, the Bauers relocated to Atlanta in 2010 with their two young children — and quickly discovered the transformative power of quality youth programming firsthand. Watching their son and daughter thrive through local sports and dance, they witnessed how the right opportunities can build a lifelong foundation of confidence, fitness, friendship, and fun.

That experience didn't just shape their children — it shaped their calling.

Michele holds a Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology and brings over 15 years of hands-on experience working directly with youth and trainers. Through her studies and through practicing Yoga, her deep understanding of how young bodies move, grow, and develop makes her uniquely equipped to champion the kind of thoughtful, age-appropriate fitness programming that the Starz Program delivers.

Jon's background is equally well-rounded. A former soccer coach and lifelong tennis enthusiast, he has spent his career in sales and marketing building and inspiring teams of highly motivated individuals. His investment in young people extends beyond coaching — he has served as a dedicated leader within their church youth group and with their Musical Theater ministry, giving his time and energy to help the next generation grow in character as well as capability.

Together, Michele and Jon bring expertise, enthusiasm, and a heartfelt belief that every child deserves access to programs that make movement joyful, meaningful, and empowering. Through the Starz Program, they are excited to bring that vision to the families of Atlanta.
